Question
In the aforementioned condition, the Qurbani sacrifice of such an animal
is permissible. The detail to this matter is that if the horn of an animal
breaks and if the part above its head breaks that is apparent, then the Qurbani
sacrifice is permissible. If the horn breaks from the root in the head, then
the sacrifice is not permissible. However, in the case of the wound of the head
healing as it is stated in the question, then the Qurbani sacrifice is
permissible.
