Question

What do the scholars of Islam and Muftis of the blessed Shari’ah guide regarding the matter that if someone purchases a sacrificial animal whose horns had been removed from the root, and then its wound had healed, and the skin went back to how it was usually. Will the Qurbani sacrifice of such an animal be valid now?

In the aforementioned condition, the Qurbani sacrifice of such an animal is permissible. The detail to this matter is that if the horn of an animal breaks and if the part above its head breaks that is apparent, then the Qurbani sacrifice is permissible. If the horn breaks from the root in the head, then the sacrifice is not permissible. However, in the case of the wound of the head healing as it is stated in the question, then the Qurbani sacrifice is permissible.
